Louisa is a Client Partner at Eunity Partners, bringing senior retail operations credibility to our engagements in the food and groceries sector across Europe and the US. Her involvement is functional and sector-based — and, for relevant mandates, she engages directly in executive search interviewing, bringing an operator's perspective to candidate assessment at the critical final stages.

Her ability to assess candidates as an experienced retail COO and senior operator — rather than solely as an interviewer — enables us to identify leaders who can genuinely deliver in complex, fast-moving retail environments.

She brings extensive experience as a senior retail operations leader, having built her career in the UK and US grocery and food retail sectors. Most recently, she was COO of a mission-driven food business connecting regional farmers with consumers and institutions through values-driven supply chains. Her earlier career included senior leadership roles at Lidl — in both the UK and US — spanning SVP of Operations / COO, Vice President of Purchasing, and Senior Director of Purchasing. In these roles she led multi-hundred-person teams across buying administration, quality assurance, packaging and design, merchandise planning, and strategic sourcing.

Louisa's functional breadth across retail operations, strategic purchasing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance gives her a grounded perspective on what it takes to build and lead high-performing functions at scale. She has consistently established new departments from scratch, developed high-performing teams, and implemented process improvements delivering both efficiency and long-term strategic benefit.

At Eunity, Louisa supports client engagements in retail with executive coaching, capability development, and functional assessments — and engages in executive search interviewing for senior mandates in operations, planning, purchasing, and buying within her sector.
