Alongside her leadership of our on-demand practice, Katerina engages senior executive search mandates for private equity-backed clients, with particular depth in strategy, finance, and general management. She also leads Eunity's leadership assessment capability and engages directly with clients on complex project leadership — combining rigorous talent evaluation with the commercial realities of driving portfolio value.

Katerina brings 25 years of leadership experience across management consulting, private equity, and executive talent — spanning McKinsey & Company, SNH Capital Partners, and Skill Capital. At Skill Capital, she served as COO and Board Member, building deep expertise in executive search and talent advisory specifically for private equity portfolios. Her earlier career at McKinsey and SNH gave her a grounding in complex strategic problem-solving, investment thesis development, and operational transformation across multiple sectors.
