He advises the board on the strategic direction of Eunity and supports our clients through coaching and function development engagements — while remaining closely connected to the firm in an advisory capacity rather than a day-to-day operational one.

An accomplished business leader and renowned global digital expert, Ian's consultative leadership style, intellectual curiosity, and ability to quickly get to the root of situations saw him progress from IT management to Global Group CIO and Equity Partner of ERM in five years. He has since held senior technology leadership positions across a range of prominent global organisations, including SThree, Waterlogic International, Anthesis Group, and APEM Group.

A consistent thread across Ian's career is his role as a change agent — driving transformation across complex technology, people, and operational plans through an internal-external C-Suite lens. His commercial acumen, not often found in technically-minded technology leaders, is applied across private equity portfolio investment advice, mentoring for C-Level leaders and tech founders, and board-level appointments.
